BACKWOOD ADVENTURES
BACKWOOD ADVENTURES’ mission is to provide a unified effort to introduce urban elementary and middle school students to the beauty, glory and order of God’s amazing creation through outdoor activities such as archery, fishing, hunting, orienteering, plant, bird and animal identification.
Christian mentors come from various churches in the Holland/Zeeland area to serve organizations like Compassionate Hearts and Kids Hope students. The ministry provides school year outdoor activities for young people wanting to experience and enjoy the out-of-doors in a Christ-centered environment.

Mission Statement: To further the spread of the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ through the help of teams and individuals serving our churches and missionaries in various short-term capacities.

Mission Statement: To demonstrate the love and compassion of Christ in very tangible ways to those with whom the OPC has contact who are suffering from the effects of a disaster.
