Backwood Adventures
BACKWOOD ADVENTURES’ mission is to provide a unified effort to introduce urban elementary, middle & high school students to the beauty, glory and order of God’s amazing creation through outdoor activities such as archery, fishing, hunting, orienteering, plant, bird and animal identification.
Christian mentors come from various churches in the Holland/Zeeland area to serve elementary age children and organizations like Compassionate Hearts and Kids Hope. The ministry provides year-round outdoor activities for young people who want to experience and enjoy the outdoors in a Christ-centered environment.
